When you go for hot pot/Asian fondue, there are usually no surprises. Choice of broth (chicken-beef or vegetable-tofu are both more than adequate), choice of dipping sauces, tea or plum juice and then the plethora of vegetables, meats, seafood, dumplings, noodles etc. Selection is somewhat overwhelming, but it's all you can eat and just take your time. Food was excellent for hot pot standards. Restaurant was clean, but expect a lot of steam waffling through the air, so don't wear your best clothes. Service was good, raw food delivery to table was very good. Aside from over-eating, a healthy low fat cuisine. Would definitely return if in the mood for hot pot. Go early or try getting reservation.

Good hot pot. Not very special service: it was a bit difficult for us to choose the option we wanted. Anyway it was tasty and at a good price.

An attractive looking place and very busy. Apparently it only opened in July. We had to wait a short time for a free table. Because we were first-time visitors, one of the staff sat with us and explained the choices of foods to cook in our hot-pots. With his help we chose our selection and received our two hot pots, each divided into two sections, so we had a choice of four cooking broths, kept warm on the hotplates built in to the table. A stack of dishes came with all our choices of things to cook - seafood, mushrooms, beef, chicken, dumplings and much more. There was abundant salad provided.
Now we could set to work using the tools, such as baskets and tongs, to cook our meal. The meats and salmon were very thinly sliced so cooked very quickly, but mushrooms and sweetcorn took a long time. Just have to keep a watchful eye on everything cooking to catch it at the best time. Although the salad could be cooked very quickly, we preferred it in its natural state. A very entertaining time and Celebrity Hot Pot is a great experience and worth going. We spoke to two other couples - one, like us, first timers, really enjoyed it, and the other returning for the second time. We also met the young owner of the business who has clearly opened a popular addition to Chinatown.
