We came along the Simcoe Wavedeck and all children around us liked it so much. They danced, posed and did run up and down. So not only for the architectural interested person but also to some degree for kids.

I like the approach of molding a mundane piece of sidewalk with the action and energy of the lake's waves. There are several of these eye-catching landmarks along the waterfront and I look forward to seeing them whenever I'm walking by. Being a landmark that intentionally invites people to walk and climb on it deserves some praise. Quirky and fun.
