My first trip to Royal was a few months ago, with visitors from Europe and we had the usual Hakka dishes (chili chicken, Hakka chow, etc.). Food was okay, and service average. Last week we stopped by again, but with friends who spoke Mandarin and Cantonese. This time, the service was top notch, very fast and friendly, and we were served a few dishes that I don't remember ordering, and were not charged for.
I've had better and worse chili chicken elsewhere. Still not sure if the supurb service on the last visit was based on who was dining in.
