Dyne is a restaurant fit for a special occasion - excellent service, lovely modern decor, creative and delicious food and outstanding wines. What more can you ask for?
Appetizers: lobster salad (21$) and cross cut ribs (14$) - both were good size, mouth watering and cooked to perfection.
Main course: I had the hamachi (28$) - it was delicious, but very petite. The vegetables accompanying the tiny fish were mostly decorative. My partner had the duck (32$), which was mindblowing and truly exceptional.
Dessert: cassava cake (11$), which was also excellent.
The house wine, both the red and the white were fantastic, and paired well with our food.
Overall, this was a great experience and we're looking forward to another celebration in Dyne.
