After visiting Edwards Garden two weekends ago, we were on Lawrence Avenue East and decided to visit Pho Metro for lunch...our family loves Vietnamese and we've been to a few different ones in Scarborough. The facade of Pho Metro is very simple and looks very small, but when you go inside, the space is decent, clean and well-organized!
We ordered a variety of dishes each, and we had the large deep fried spring rolls which is our favorite! The dishes are well-presented and delicious. The service is fast and the wait staff are very courteous and always available when you need them.
My mother and niece are the #1 fan of the Wonton Noodle Soup and they fell in love with Pho Metro's instantly...we've visited the restaurant total of three times now, from that 1st time - a couple of weekends ago, that's how addicted we got to this place.
The other patrons are very unassuming and everyone's enjoying a BIG bowl of their variety of famous Vietnamese noodles!
The washroom is clean and well-kept.
Once you are done and ready to leave, you go by the cashier to pay directly.
I highly recommend Pho Metro to anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine and any one wanting and willing to try this cuisine for the first time!
thơm ngon = "delicious" to Vietnamese! :))
