Before visiting Toronto I read an article called "The 10 best new restaurants in Toronto" in the main local paper (online) and Patria was #2. Expectations were high and were all met. The ingredients and seasoning were near perfect on all dishes. All dishes came out hot and thoughtfully plated. My wife and I had a variety of smaller tapas plates including bacon wrapped dates and some of the best pork ever tasted.

Decor was was outstanding. Atmosphere was busy and bit on the loud side.

Service was good.

My boyfriend took me to Patria for my birthday dinner and the overall experience was one of a kind! We chose the outdoor seating and the whole feel of the place was incredible. One thing I notice often is the lack of or horribly matched music in good restaurants - not a problem here, the soundtrack was amazing one track after the other. The paella was exquisite, but my favourite was probably the dates and bacon appetizer - phenomenal. Great place for a special occasion, or when you feel like escaping the regular city dining.

Sooo nice to look forward to something for a bday celebration and not be disappointed when going somewhere new.
The atmosphere is brilliant just tucked away from the street you feel transported to Europe with super friendly service and each delicious morsel brought out by a new server (each equally attentive).
Look forward to going back to try all the other things off the menu sometime.

The four of us had Sunday lunch here. The decoration is definitely unusual and nice. The entrance gave the sense of adventure. Very tall ceiling and very open space really gave low noise level and allowed quiet conversation. Food is tapas type and tasty. Deserts are particularly good. Order a couple and share them.
We will try a late evening over some wine, just the way the Spanish do it.
