Sat at the bar and had two wonderful bartenders. Met some nice people and had great conversation. Try their watermelontini!!!!

The service was great. The beer was cold. The mushroom Swiss burger was awful. Tasted like lighter fluid. The onion rings were mushy. The chicken wings are made with a dry rub that tastes like they put it on after the wings are cooked. The menu says it is a pound of wings however we received 8 malnourished wings for $19 Canadian. The special was a Salmon salad which was average $16 Canadian. The atmosphere is lively. Many flat screens throughout showing a variety of sports. Top 40 music is playing at a decent level, conversation is easy to have. I would recommend Firkin for Beer and drinks, eat somewhere else! Seems pricey but all of Toronto is pricey!

Nothing special. Got the Cajun chicken wings. They were horrible. Some type of wing dipped in a dry rub. Not appealing or good. Another got the hamburger, and meat tasted mealy. Another got the salmon salad special and said it was very good. Beers are cold, but food and beer were expensive. We had 4 people and drank about 5 or 6 beers each and it was 200 dollars. I think you can find better places to eat for that kind of money.

We stopped here twice during a four day visit. First time was just for ice cold beers and appetizers - they were so good that we had to come back and eat dinner there a couple days later. The steak & blue cheese salad was DIVINE. Atmostphere is clean, fun and up-to-date. Service was good too. Only negative was rest rooms being located on lower level. Will go back.
