Recently stayed here with my husband and two teens. Had a lovely stay. Rooms are really nicely decorated and comfortable. The lobby is very cozy and has a fireplace and cappuccino machine. The continental breakfast had lots of yummy options and was more than ample. There was construction next door but we were there on a weekend and there was nothing going on at that time. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant (Victor) which was delicious. The location is also across the street from the Second City comedy club - which is very convenient if you are attending one of their shows.
