Radisson Suite Hotel Toronto Airport
Ranked #40 of 138 Hotels in Toronto

Are you flying out of Pearson ? Stay at the Raddison hotel. For less than the cost of parking we stayed at a beautiful clean hotel ( great beds) were shuttled to and from the airport in clean vehicles and are car was safely parked for the week. We will certainly do this for our next vacation or stay here on our next business trade show in Toronto
Thanks

We used the park and fly package here. Upon returning we waited, with my 1 year old baby for over 45 minutes in the cold for the shuttle to come. When it finally did come the driver stopped and told us we could not get on as it was full and would have to wait another 30-45 minutes for the next shuttle. My husband begged him to let myself and daughter get on as by this time my baby was crying and very cold. He refused. We asked him to call another shuttle, he refused. We took a taxi at this point and when we got to the hotel the front desk staff were rude and would do nothing for us, not even discount our room rate the $20 we paid for the taxi. We will never stay here again, and I would caution those with young children regarding their slow shuttle service, especially in the winter. I would like to add that during the time we waited for our shuttle we saw the hilton, holiday inn, crowne plaza shuttles come by 3 times. Will choose one of those hotels next time.

I apologize for any delay or lack of service with the shuttle and reception at our Hotel; I can understand how frustrating that could be especially with a young child. The Hotel takes the shuttle service to the airport very seriously. The contractor who provides the shuttle service to our property also services the majority of the major brand hotels at the Toronto Airport. Our job as well as our shuttle company contractor is to service our guests and get it right and we did not get it right in this case.

I will definitely address this situation immediately with both our front desk team as well as the Shuttle Company’s operational team to make sure we do much better job right away. We will also contact our guest directly concerning this issue.

Stayed here at the end of a 2 week holiday. We were very pleased with the room. Large suite, everything nice and clean.
The only complaint would have been the long wait for the shuttle. We came into the airport at 2 a.m. and though when we called we were told it would be only a 20 minute wait, we waited more than 40 minutes for the shuttle.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of a Travel Zoo rate. We had an early morning flight and wanted to reduce stress. The location is good. It's family close to the airport but it's not one of the closest hotels. It's still a 5+ minute drive to the airport.

We checked in late Sunday night on our way back from Montréal. There is a visitors parking area in front of the hotel. We parked there and checked in. the hotel is a bit old but the service is really good. The staff is normally at the back and it takes them about a minute or less to realize that someone is waiting for them at the desk.

The rooms are big. With a sofa bed by the TV and desk and two sleep number beds in their own bedroom. The bathroom is small with a tub and toilet. The vanity is outside so some can use it while someone else is taking a shower. The rooms are dated but not bad if you have a few people sharing the room.

The hotel is in a business plaza with lots of restaurants right outside of the hotel. I suppose you could even park there for free but we didn't want to risk it. We decided to return our rental car early so that we have less hassle in the morning.

On check in were were asked, if we needed to take the shuttle. This hotel requires a validated shuttle pass in order to use the shuttle. If you have booked in the hotel, once you get dropped off at the hotel, the driver waits until you check in and give him a pass. The pass is free for hotel guests. This takes some time. I found it a bit annoying but that's okay. The shuttle services to other hotels so budget at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport and back. We waited for a bit at the airport and at the hotel in morning for the shuttle to show up.

Thank you for your very valuable review of our Hotel, it is only with our guests input that we can improve our over all service to all of our guests. Our hotel does provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Toronto’s Pearson Airport. Our shuttle company has two shuttles running continuously between the airport and the hotel, which we partner with two other hotels on the strip. Many other hotels share shuttle service in this manner as well. The reason for the tickets is internal and should not slow down the guests and we will work with our shuttle company to make sure this service is improved.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve on this, we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Rooms are very tired, and front desk service was awful. Plenty of better airport hotels for this money. Plus parking is extra, and you need to get a ticket for the airport shuttle (which reception omits to tell you, assuming you can find somebody manning the desk)

We thank all of our guests who provide us with feed back both positive and negative as knowledge is the only way we can improve. The Hotel does charge for parking as the majority of hotels on the Toronto Airport strip do, our parking rates are lower then most hotels for this service. Any hotel not charging as a separate charge is including the charge to all its guests in their room rates and those hotels average $40.00 per night more then ours. These charges are clearly spelled out on our web site. The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service to all our guests but we do require a voucher be used to control the system. Our guest service agents are fully trained and should be passing this onto all our guests and we will review this with all of our team. The hotel has just completely renovated all our executive club floors and we are moving onto the other floors of the hotel. We thank you for giving us this feedback so we can work on making every guests experience a better one. Peter Kingsbury, General Manager

A bit noisy because it is right next to the airport. All in all, the rates are good for the value.
