They always make my latte differently?
Sometimes hot and other times literally cold. Sometimes the milk is creamy and other times just heated. Muffins are dry as are the croissants.
? Hot or miss

May have been brilliant once, but brilliant it was not on my visit. The "best-in-the-world" cappuccino as reviewed below was arguably rivaled by the Starbucks down the street. The staff walk that fine line between surly and cluster B personality-disordered. It's crowded so perhaps I'm the only one missing something. I'll try it again only for that reason.

At last a place that makes true espresso. A little gem with truly extraordinary coffee. Their short blacks are out of this world. Thank you!

OK, so after ordering my husband's double shot of cappuccino, I asked for a decaf (lame, I know), but on learning they don't do decaf (why would a place named Jet Fuel do decaf after all?), I ordered a latte. Best ever. No attitude, though it's apparently expected here. Very coffee house atmosphere, cool art on the walls, and on the Parliament Street side of Cabbagetown, a great place for a visitor or resident to take a walk (think neat old late 1800s houses, tree-lined streets, beautiful shady gardens). All a streetcar ride from downtown.

..and maybe the in the world. Yes, those baristas are "attitudy", it's true, but they won't bite, and if you say what you want crisply, (look, just say "three dollar cappuccino!", or "americano!" and be done with it), and say whether it's to to stay or go, and you'll be served just as fast, and the line will move along, too, buddy.
The baked goods are all home made, right from scratch, and you can tell. Have a muffin! Awesome. About a buck. But the coffee is better than than I've found anywhere else, and I've looked. Lots of people agree, and I bet you will, too.
