“Brilliant way to learn and have fun!”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

We visited Toronto in July and had walked around a few days prior to our Heart of Downtown Tour. Our guide, Rick, was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We learned so much about this lovely city. We wished we had taken the tour the first day for we found ourselves constantly referring to what we had seen and learned as walked around the city, In fact, when I returned, I was talking to Canadian friend who was born in Toronto and my new knowledge and understanding of Toronto, made it a great conversation.
What more could you want, a great city, great company (in both senses), fun and learning.
Totally worth it!!

“The best way to see Toronto”
Reviewed September 9, 2012

The first thing to do if you are visiting Toronto and the weather is halfway decent is take the bike tour. You will get a great overview of the city, the history, the architecture and all the places you might want to come back to plus Rick makes it all so interesting. You can see so much more on bikes than either walking or driving and much more fun! Highly recommend.

“Fun Way to Explore the City!”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

Our family of four (with 2 kids, ages 10 and 13) took the Heart of Downtown Tour at the end of July. This was our first trip to Toronto, and we found the bike tour to be a fabulous way to see all of the different places downtown and to learn about the history of the city. Rick was our lead guide, assisted by Kristen. Rick was very engaging with his stories about the various places we saw along the way. Kristen was also wonderful, answering questions that we had and making sure we all stayed together. We got caught in a thunderstorm part way through, which added to the adventure of the day. It was great fun! If we ever make it back to Toronto, we would love to take another bike tour--this time to learn about the neighborhoods outside of the downtown area.

“Great introduction to the city.”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

We really enjoyed the heart of downtown tour, which my girlfriend and I took on the morning of our second day in the city in late August 2012. Rick, our main guide, was knowledgeable and kept the tour at a good pace for beginner and intermediate bikers. Rick took us by so many areas of Toronto that we wouldn't have found on a tourist site that it altered the remainder of our trip for the better - we hit three restaurants that we would've never found had we not seen them on the tour. Highly recommended.

“Great way to see Toronto!”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

Our family of four took the Heart of the Downtown Toronto bike tour with Terrence and Kristin. It was the best way for us to learn about the history of the city and see the various neighborhoods. The ride covered alot of ground but was not at all tiring. The terrain was flat with lots of stops. We had plenty of time for picture taking and questions. Granola bars were provided as well as lots of water. The bikes were in great condition and very comfortable. After our city tour, Terrence was very helpful directing us back to one of the neighborhoods we visited, for a great meal and also gave us directions to the Hockey Hall of Fame. Biking with Toronto Bicycle Tours was money well spent.
