Description: Aria offers genuine Italian fine dining in a contemporary urban setting. Aria is owned by Guido Saldini and Elena Morelli the proprietors of Noce Restaurant, which for almost 20 years has helped set the standard for Italian cuisine in Toronto. Just as he did in the kitchen at Noce, Aria’s Executive Chef Eron Novalski spares no expense in sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients to create dishes of elegant simplicity.“Aria” means “air” in Italian but also references the most Italian of art forms – opera. Both these themes are evident inside Aria which boasts a dramatic 35 foot ceiling and is situated adjacent to the Air Canada Centre and Maple Leaf Square. In addition to its dinner menu, Aria offers a full lunch menu and a separate menu for the bar area. Aria has dining capacity for 130 people and can accommodate private parties in a variety of formats.Let Aria infuse some Italian cuisine, design and culture in to your business lunch, drinks after work, game or concert at the ACC, or special night out.

I went to this restaurant in May 2012 with a group. We had a private room, which was airy, roomy and super well furbished. Decor is particularly nice, food is great and service was good. The tomato and basil gnocchi were the best ones I ever had! Definitely recommend.

I've always wanted to try this restaurant out since it opened 'cause of its nice decor. Unfortunately, all of its other aspects didn't meet up to the expectations. The service was slow, the food was mediocre, portions were teeny and overall the menu was overpriced. There are so many nice Italian restaurants in Toronto, if it's not for its convenience location right by the ACC, I can't imagine why anyone will want to come here.

Loved the decor and the food was very good: just amazing. The service was attentive but not overly intrusive. I expect they had a wonderful wine list but we brought our own bottle and paid corkage - speaking of which, the corkage charge was $40.00! Granted, I haven't paid corkage charges in the city recently but I would have expected it to be $25.00. $40.00 seems outrageous to me and intended to dissuade from the practice. The only other downside to the restaurant is the location: part of the ACC sports complex downtown. Very chaotic, loud and even obnoxious outside the windows if you're looking. Having said this, the food, internal decor and company was so great it was easy to forget about the external environment.
