Excellent location. Close to PATH and Eaton Center. Hotel itself was very nice and well maintained. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The house car available on weekday mornings was an added bonus. Would be nice to have it available through out the day. Free wifi was appreciated. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I liked everything about this hotel. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed a great stay at Trump International Hotel & Tower - the customer service and hotel amenities are fabulous. Make sure to try the chocolate that they make onsite, it is fantastic! They were also incredibly accommodating to our small dog.

The rooms are nice, the service very good though they did forget turndown our first night, as well as the newspaper and wake up call in the morning! Luckily, the internal clock went off and no meetings had to be postponed. The management did send a letter of apology as well as some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. It's the little things that often make the biggest difference. Everyone from the valet to the front desk and concierge was extremely helpful and polite.
The lounge was busy every night, I'm not sure that they actually needed a dj but he was there, texting the night away.... The servers in the lounge were very friendly and professional. I would suggest that a signature pin or scarf would be a good addition to the dress code for the staff as 90% of the female clientele were also wearing tight black dresses.

Excellent service at this glamorous hotel. Rooms, and in particular, bathrooms are very nice. Five star turndown service with truffles, water etc. The bar was lively. Cannot beat the location for business travel.

I haven't been back to Toronto since 2005 and this Hotel is definitely a nice addition to the city as many of the hotels were getting rundown. Its luxurious, the service was good, but it is pricey. But you get what you pay for and you won't be let down if you are looking for a higher end hotel while out on business or personal travel.

I have travelled all over the world and because of my business, generally stay in the finest hotels in whatever city I am working in. Each one of these hotels share the same style, efficiency and methods. Why? Because they are run by general managers who understand totally what a guest wants, needs and most importantly how they want to feel. The GM at the recently opened Trump Toronto has built, from the ground up, an extraordinary staff who greet guests with a smile that is genuine and based on the fact they love their work. These people know their jobs and take great pleasure in performing their duties with grace and consistency. Every single guest will feel special. Every room from the average size to the grand is deluxe and elegant. For many years, i stayed in another hotel in Toronto. It was also terrific. But during the last several months of my travel, it was under construction and so I decided to try the Trump.I cannot switch back as I have been made to feel too much at home at this hotel. I could go on about the services, but there's no need. Simply read their brochures and vist their web site and be assured that what they promise, they will deliver and beyond.

Room Tip: Ask the front desk - they will make every effort to put you in the best room available. I prefer a v...
