Went there tonight with 7 friends from work. There were only a handful of other tables (10, maybe 12 total) and it was just before the dinner rush. We ordered the early dinner special as it was 5:45 and it's available until 6. One person in our party arrived at 6:05 because she couldn't find parking near the restaurant and they wouldn't let her order from the menu that we had, forcing her to order an entree that was 3x more expensive than ours. The appetizers came out quickly, the onion soup was missing the gruyere cheese that was listed on the menu and like the caesar salad came with a tasteless piece of rubbery bread which didn't add to the dish. The entree came 45 minutes later. The beef skewer was bland but ok. The quesadilla looked ok but was cool. The Hawaiian flat bread was cold (the cheese was completely congealed) the crust was like a rubbery cardboard. Completely tasteless. I've had budget grocery store frozen pizza that has tasted better. The waitress didn't seem to care that there were two people with a nut allergy at the table despite being told and brought crackers (their bread basket) with nuts in them to the table. The bar tender was visibly reading the recipe for the martini that came to the table.
All in all, I'd avoid it at all costs. There are many other far better restaurants (far less expensive) in the centre to waste your time here.

One of those new flashy looking places with specially shaped plates and lightening and decor and really medocre food. Had a cob salad with a great description for example but with a single peice of dried out chicken on the top and some soggy greens it was hardly up to it. Beet salad had for its version of glazed pecans the kind you buy in a package on sale at local drug store (one and the same).
Thank goodness the company was great because the resturant wasn't.

I went with a friend to Glow for lunch and was extremely unimpressed. We shared one of the flat breads to start. The crust was so hard, I thought we were going to break a tooth.
We also had the fish tacos. They sounded tasty on the menu but they were anything but! They were so soggy the tortilla shells were breaking apart and the fish inside them was very heavily breaded and cold. The kicker was, it was all very overpriced food for the value. It was $60 for lunch for two...and we each only had juice. The food was terrible. This restaurant was a huge disappointment and we will not return.

The menu is very interesting and has a focus on fresh food and healty eating. Everyone at our table raved about their dinners. I had a cod dish that was excellent. We had very good service. I will definitely go back!

Enjoyed the Winterlicious $15 menu, salad, small sandwich, liquor glass dessert.

Bright, spacious and trendy spot to have a business meeting. Price range is about $20 per person for lunch no drinks. Tips suggested by management 18%.
