We had booked this hotel for a few reasons; proximity to the airport, price, free long term parking and close to a decent restaurant.
Room was actually quite nice at this price range ($100). The bathroom was clean and somewhat renovated, fine by my standards. The room itself had a king bed which was firm enough and new enough. Had on full wall of exposed brick or brick facade, which may sound tacky but it added warmth and some character to the room, at least we though so. We had a great view of the airport and planes landing, etc. Decent sized sitting area and a 42" flat screen, I think it was anyway.
Check in/check out was all fine and there is a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport.
One of the great deals here is the long term free parking. Several hotels in the area offer that but it is off-site or an additional expense, here it was just park your car in the rear of the hotel and lock it up.
There are several places to eat nearby on Dixon and Carlingview, we ate next door at the Keg. Walk to it, no worries with driving anywhere (review to follow).
Overall it was fine and I would use this hotel as a start off for any early morning park & fly.

Room Tip: Higher up rooms and in the back afford airport views, if that is what you want.

The room was dirty and old. The bathtup plug was stuck and the sink plumbing flooded all over the floor. The airport shuttle was very late and left us out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night

Great value. I really like the hotel and it's location.My only complaint is that the sound really travels from the halls as well as the next room. We have stayed there "many" times and earplugs are a must have for me. I must say our most resent stay even with them I was awakened by the thumping of the headboard next door at 3:30 a.m.!

Stayed here on a "Stay, Park & Fly" deal from WagJag before flying out of Pearson. Room was clean, staff were polite. Nothing fancy, but we were only there for a few hours sleep before our flight. Right next to the Park 'n Fly lot, shuttle to the airport was right on time departing and arriving. Was a good price with the WagJag, regular price is a little higher than the hotel is worth.
