Although the rooms are a decent size and clean, the wifi is worst than no internet in the developing world. The continental breakfast that's $5 is horrible. Called one night for room service around 9-10pm and they said that it was unavailable even though they advertise it. There was construction outside of the hotel which woke you up VERY early in the morning. The location is good for an uptown stay as it's close to the highway. As others mentioned there is garbage that sits in the hallway throughout the day, not sure why!

This hotel has fine sleeping rooms. However, the hallways in the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors need new carpets. The smell of the carpets in the hallway is not good.

This hotel has a real credibility problem. Almost none of the features and amenities it advertises are available. The room was OK, no real problems, although there were strange musty odors in the room and in the hallways. But for my entire stay, the restaurant was closed. The store was closed. The advertised free breakfast was non-existent. And most of all, the whole reason I picked this hotel was to use their advertised fitness centre, but it was a scam too. Every single piece of resistance equipment was broken. Their entire fitness centre was completely unusable.

I also didn't realize how awful the location was. There is nothing nearby close to walk to, which wouldn't have been a problem if their restaurant or store were open, but they weren't. Even to get a bag of chips you have to get in the car and drive. And despite being in an office park surrounded by acres and acres of vacant parking spots, they still charge for parking. It was the icing on a turd cake. Management need to clean up their act and stop advertising things they clearly have no intention of delivering.

Room Tip: Stay in another hotel.
