Pretty old looking, not the cleanest place, and we had one pretty rude staff member. The sheet on the mattress was not a fitted sheet so it kept rolling. The only redeeming quality was location in my opinion.

I have stayed here (3) times for work, with the same end result. The desk staff is neutral, no input, and no understandable help. The room doors have to slam so hard to shut, ones sleep is actually at the mercy of the last person to check in, which was 2:30am on my last wake up. Front desk does not acknowledge this. The AC must operate to drown noise. If off, I immediately hear OH OH OH of the hotel lovers. Great location, poor hotel, overpriced for value received.

This is a very convenient location and we usually stay there. I am an east end boy and still have family in the area. The hotel is older and shows it's age. We inadvertently booked in at the Days Inn on Kingston Rd. But we automatically took taxi from airport to this location. When I explained to desk clerk that we preferred this location he was very uncooperative.he had rooms but was reluctant to contact the other Days Inn to explain. We got the impression we were too much trouble to accommodate. He told us the other hotel was close by so we left and started walking in the direction he told us but after twenty minutes we decided to hail a taxi and wound up paying a 15 dollar fare. The hotel was nowhere near the Queen Street location. We will not be returning to that location.

This hotel is for those who do not need more than bare minimum. Hotel is well overdue for an entire upgrade of the facilities. While the bed was clean, everything else was below my expectations, including front desk and overall service which was very unfriendly.

Thank You for your review

We are a small sized hotel located in the East side of Toronto. Being a Upscale budget hotel services are limited and price reflects that.

Included with your stay is
Free WiFi
Free Limited Parking
Free Day Break Breakfast
Located on a direct transit line to the downtown.

Please accept my apologies

I totally understand your frustrations.

Being a public place some guest feel entitled to do whatever they think with no regards to other guests

Prices are market driven and reflect what is happening in the city.
