Walima is an absolute gem. I've been twice, and on each occasion, the food was simply delicious. Not being much of a meat-eater, I tried the fish tagine first and it was superb. I've never tasted anything quite like this and ate as slowly as possible to make it last (that's not to say that the serving was small; it was very generous). On the second visit, I went for the vegetable tagine. Again, delicious flavours I'd never encountered before. My friend had braised lamb first time around and chicken on the second visit. She also raved, although she didn't like the couscous as much as I did.
Yes, it does take a while for your food to arrive, but apparently it needs to be cooked slowly. The wait is well worth it. And the service is very friendly.
If you're going on a Saturday night, make a reservation. It's not a big place, and it is popular.
