I stayed 6 nights in March and was very impressed by the quality of the room on the Hilton Honors 23rd floor. This floor has been renovated to a high standard and although on the compact side, is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable, and all amenities and room service are high quality. The check in process was a bit slow, but that can happen anywhere and I was unconcerned by the delay - the staff coped with it well and apologised. The internet was not working properly and I mentioned this at check out (I was paying extra for access to the internet) and immediately had the charges waived (the desk staff apparently were aware of an issue with internet connections on the higher floors). I didnt eat in the hotel, but saw plenty of people having meals there.
