I have stayed here for over three weeks and i have to say that the staff, accommodation and management have all been excellent.
The room was always kept clean and any requests i had were always dealt with expeditiously. There were minor issues but were all dealt with by Mr Sabourin, the General Manager in a very prompt and professional manner.
Everything in the room was always fresh and clean and the bed was the most comfortable i have slept in, including many other hotel's, for a long time.
In summary, excellent hotel, staff and location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was smaller then I was expecting ( had 1 queen and 1 double), but that's fine, we're only there for the night. The beds we found very comfortable, but in the bathroom, there was mould on the ceiling, the toilet seat was all chipped. There was actually a few small blood stains on the comforter which I didn't see until the next morning. I don't read the bible, but this is the first hotel that I have been to that did not have a bible in one of the drawers. There was no alarm clock in either of the rooms. Normally you get an extra comforter and pillows in the closet but there were none here. So, I have mixed reviews on this place. It is very accessible to the airport which was helpful.

We chose this hotel based on a friends recommendation. It was fair value, as we stayed over night and parked our vehicle for a week while on holiday at a reasonable rate. The room was just ok. It was basic, spacious, had two TV's, a sitting area, fridge, coffee maker etc. All the basics. Cleanliness was not perfect - it needs updating and a good scrub down! (see some of the other reviewers photos...) The restaurant downstairs was great for a snack and a beer after a drive in a snowstorm. Check in/Check out was fine. Shuttle service to Pearson in the morning was excellent - VERY POOR for the return - we arrived at Pearson at 9:30 pm, were tired, cold and just wanted to get our car and head home - then had to wait almost an hour in the cold for the shuttle. Too long. (apparently they only run every 45 minutes in the evenings) Would we stay again? Maybe, but I might just do the Value Park Garage next time....If I need to stay overnight prior to an early morning flight - I will be looking at other options.

This is no less so than in our Housekeeping department where we have held several training meetings to ensure this will not happen again. We regret that you experienced inconsistences with our shuttle. We now have shuttle pick up/ drop off times set and distribute to all guests. Please note that due to weather and traffic sometimes the shuttle service can be a little slower.

Check in was easy breezy. Lady's were happy and polite. Tony the manager , made us feel at home .. Rooms were large and clean. Bed was king ,,,nice pillows. All good. Fridge and wet bar sink micro wave and coffee maker. In hotel restaurant "Graffitis" is great ,, but lots of others in walking distance. Thank you all had a great stay ..

I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. This was my first time back to this hotel since 2005 and I can safely say things have gotten worse.
It used to be a clean, decent hotel to rest your head that offered helpful service and a great location for getting to/from the airport.
Location is about the only thing that has stayed consistent with this hotel.
I booked online (directly from their site) and there were issues with check-in. We booked a suite but were informed they were not available. No apology for this obvious oversight. We arrived to our room, took one whiff and a quick scan of the room and quickly went back to the front desk and checked out. Of course they wouldn't refund the money (why would they - quick sale for them right?). We ended up up the road at another airport hotel and had a much better experience.
To sum up what's wrong with this hotel: front desk staff are unfriendly and obviously lack training when they cannot find a simple reservation in the system. And the other issue is a breakdown with housekeeping and maintaining the building. Rooms are worn, carpets old and have a stale smell to them, linens are stained, beds sag, bathroom had hairs on the floor and bathtub and overall it looked like it had seen better days (like 9 years ago).
We assumed this would be a cheaper option for us - however, a quick scan of the internet proved that there are newer/cleaner hotels that are very close in price (i.e. Holiday Inn & Hampton Inn were the same price at this place with parking and The Sandman Suites was only $6 more p/night).
Until management at this hotel realizes there is a serious breakdown in their service and quality of rooms, I would recommend people stay elsewhere. Cutting corners seems to be the motto of this place and it shows.
We will not return.

Room Tip: Book at another hotel. Seriously, save yourself the hassle.

Stayed for one night in order to catch an early flight the following day. Check in was fine. However, later that night we called down to get a blanket and no one answered the phone. After half an hour of no one picking up, we finally went down and got the blanket. The man said it was busy and he was alone. At check out time we stood at the front desk while the same man ignored us for a good 10 minutes. We had room keys in our hands and were standing at the desk (that is an obvious sign of wanting to check out, right?) but he was too busy shuffling papers to pay any attention to us.
After our trip, we had to wait an hour in the cold because the first shuttle was full. The driver said that he would call for another shuttle, but we ended up having to wait for him to come back. While waiting for the second shuttle, we called the hotel to see if it was coming and got hung up on...
Poor customer service at this hotel!

The room was nice - and clean. The dinner was good - no complaints there. Rita the waitress is great. However, the check-in was slooow! Only 2 persons at front desk. One guy at the desk tried to tell us the rate we were charged (119.00) was for CAA members only.(which we don't have) We got there and paid ththe lower price, however it was on the return of our visit the guy wanted to charge us 166.00. We showed him our itinary and he eventually gave in.
The coffee in our room was horrible. Didn't even drink 1 cup. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was bitter! The breakfast buffet was luke warm - not hot, the sausages were rubbery, the bacon - greasy and hard. Only the eggs were decent. Why can't hotels serve a decent cup of coffee in their rooms - for the price they charge, it should be gold quality.
