We went on the first day of the Panda exhibit. We got there at 9 am and got right in. Most of the animals are kept in a nice habitat with plenty of space. There are a couple of exceptions. We enjoyed the Zoo very much and are glad we took one of our vacation days to enjoy it!

The zoo was good, it was busy of course. There was some smelly attractions, and I think they need to update some of their cages etc. but all and all love seeing the animals. Lunch was good! and service friendly. :)

Such a waste of time and money took me 2 hours to get into the zoo...than spent roughly $100 to enter the zoo than I also had to pay for a stroller which looked like it was beaten to the ground...very little animals could be seen...everything is very over priced and its a huge rip off I'd rather go watch the discovery channel than pay for this...junk! Beavertails charged me for 2 orders after THEY made a mistake than told me they would refund/void the order that night and return my money...which I doubt they will do! Never going back again even!

Although the Toronto Zoo is an expensive attraction in compariosn to other zoos we have visitied, it has something for everyone and is a full day plus attraction. There are a lot of animals to see and many buildings. There is a great water splash pad for hot days and a childrens zoo that has lots of things to see and touch. There are a few shows and the panda exhibit is now open (is an extra cost ). Restaurants and snacks spread out around the park. I would advise renting a stroller or wagon as even my older kids get hot and tired since it is a large zoo with lots of walking, and it makes for a smoother day for everyone. Great day out and must see Toronto attraction.

We spent an entire day at the zoo and could've easily gone back for more. Unfortunately, two of the restaurants were closed and only the ones at the very start and end were open which made for some backtracking. The enclosures/exhibits are laid out in a relatively simple manner though be sure to grab a map! Be sure to bring sunscreen and plenty of water
