“Walking up and down has never felt so Younge”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

Lots to see - the locals, the tourists. You can walk for hours and hours or hop on the subway to skip a few streets.

“Not All Sections are Good, But the Shops Never End”
Reviewed April 19, 2013

We actually stayed in a hotel in the outskirts of the city just off of Yonge St. and found that some areas were better than others although shops of all sorts run on both sides for miles. If you like walking and window shopping, Yonge Street can give you an eye full. Take a ride on a street car and visit various neighborhoods.

“Shop till you drop on Yonge”
Reviewed April 15, 2013

I usually walk from Bloor to Dundas on Yonge. A lot of shops with different varieties. When you are hungry, just random pick any restaurant which will fulfill your needs. I found it very pleasant walking on Yonge Street when the weather is fine.

“Longest Street in the World”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

Starting at the waterfront and continuing through the city and right into the country, this wonderful street offers everything. You can stroll along, passing busy people, admiring the beautiful architecture, shops, businesses and so many multicultural restaurants. There is something for everyone. The subway will take you to the downtown core or up to the city's northernmost point.

“Canada's Street has everything”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Rating Yonge Street is a lark. It's like giving the Alaska Highway a mark. Or saying you've 'seen Canada' after doing a day trip into Niagara Falls from NY State. From it's source at Queen's Quay on Lake Ontario the street runs northward for 2000 kilometers (1100 miles). It is a big deal almost everywhere it goes. Epic.
