If you're in the North end of the city and you feel like a beautiful, outdoor afternoon, walking through a beautiful garden with a small river, then it's certainly worth the visit.

I believe Edwards Gardens is now known as Toronto Botanical Gardens....however it's the same place!

Also a great spot for pictures and unless you're a large wedding party, I don't believe you require any permits.

lots of wedding portrait taken here. Extremely busy in summer. This park is very relaxing just to chill with your friend or with your other half. Very family friendly and definitely clean!

Liked just walking around and looking at the different flowers and plants. Great place for a picket and just sitting and relaxing.

Visited a few times, have had lunch on the lawn across the creek and chose this scene for my wedding photos and was blessed with beautiful weather.

Kid friendly and elderly friendly (maybe not so much for wheel chairs at times as there are rough path areas)

You can spend a few hours and still not see the whole grounds.
