Owner description: One of Toronto's premier architectural landmarks, this 750-foot-long, classically-inspired hall is the main juncture of the city's rail and subway transit systems.

When one reaches the Union Station, save some time to lounge around for a coffee or a snack,or just to watch the endless flow of humanity-people rushing to work, some waiting for friends and some waiting to catch a connecting Go train.
Food courts and some shops offer plenty of options for every traveller. The railways are run with clock work pricision and the info booths, ticket kiosks are highly efficient to say the least.

Wow.! I always enjoy taking the train to different places all over.
Union Station also have the Go Trains & outside the Go Bus to take you where you need to go.
There is also a Food Court that has got what you need. They also have WI-FI in the Station so you can check your E-Mails. Only thing is you can't get NETFLIX to watch movies.
But that is what YouTube is for to watch some. All the Staff at Union in my opinion are great.
It's fun to travel on the train.

Under major construction. Signage could be better. People look lost. We almost were. Work ongoing both inside and outside so take care and as I said in the title give yourself plenty time.

We like to travel by train when going to Toronto and the Union Station could be good if it ever gets finished. There is a food court with a number of options and you can travel throughout the downtown underground in bad weather, however the outside currently is a complete mess and you will be wandering through muddy plywood sheets to get to buses, taxis or the Fairmont. Inside there is a sickly smell of Cinnabon mixed with who knows what, but hopefully ventilation changes will clear that up eventually. The lounge for business class travellers is well done though.

The recently revamped Business Lounge is quite nice and appealing to the frequent traveler who seeks some peace ahead of his trip.
The decor is quite pleasant and it is kept clean and in good shape.
Two minuses thought.
1) There is close to nothing in the lounge. You can enjoy a cup of coffee and this is pretty it. No water, cookies or fruits. Even Porter lounge offers more.
2) The Lounge is quite far front the boarding location.

Also but this could be just me, i found the receptionist a little cold and unfriendly.
