It was nice to come here on Canada Day and see all the fireworks! I hope to come here again next year. The beaches were huge as well so there was plenty of space for the masses of people that were there!

The beaches has always been a Trendy place and will continue to be. The beach itself "OK', a place to people watch and look good in the summer, it is the little shops that make it. A place to go for a walk, especially with your dog and a good place if your single and live in the area,...the dog stores seem to be important as the people stores. You can spend a lot of money on your pooch there. Wine, drinks, cheese breads,..window shopping. A pain to park at times but a good place to visit, spend your cash

The Beach community is an easy streetcar ride from downtown TO along the Queen Car. From Woodbine Ave you can visit the variety of interesting shops and then walk back along the beach boardwalk. Great restaurants.

Who knew there are sandy beaches in Toronto? We certainly didn't. The neighborhood itself is much like any up and coming area, but the beaches were spectacular. A wide boardwalk ran for miles through the 5 beaches. It was windy the day we were there, so there were waves coming in. It looked like the ocean. There were lots of kite surfers and paddle boarders to watch and lots of families/dogs on the boardwalk. And all this is only a short tram ride from downtown.
