Sometimes I go to look at the houses that surround the water. Other times, I walk the boardwalk -- been doing it since I was a kid (I'm 45 now!). Now, walking along Queen Street is fun -- so many neat stores and attractions! And there's always something going on in teh Beaches -- it should be a must see. (BTW, my family's been in and around the beaches since the 1940's and we always call the Beaches, not this Beach crap)

The Beaches is a great district of Toronto, where the citizens go to enjoy the beaches, make a picnic with the family and play frisbee in the sand.

The Beaches area used to be great 20 years ago (like Yorkville was 50 years ago). Now The Beaches reminds me of The Donald; it`s a good reason for third world animus. That said, I guess it all depends on one's sense of aesthetics . . .

I love the stores and the restaraunts, some of them are very unique. The people are very friendly and helpful. Then you can take a stroll on the beach and enjoy.
