“Clean and Comfortable Hotel”

I found the downtown Hilton to be very clean and comfortable. The Restaurant was very nice and the staff very courteous. I wish that I had time to enjoy the pool which has an outside and inside sections. It's only downfall is the parking facility which is extremely expensive. It cost $73 for a two night stay.

On another note, we have noted your comments concerning the price of parking. Valet parking pricing is in line with the downtown area currently, however, there are a number of Self-parking options in the area (including adjacent to the hotel) which do allow our guests different pricing options depending upon their needs. Our team will continue to monitor valet pricing in the area to ensure we remain competitive on behalf our loyal and valued customers!

Our family has stayed here many times and have always had positive experiences. The front desk and valet staff have always been helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and each time we have had an incredible view of the CN Tower. At times, we have found better deals elsewhere (not willing to spend $190 to stay here) but often enough we can book a room for approximately $150 which we feel is worthwhile considering the superb location and quality of hotel/service we get.

I stayed at the Hilton Toronto for a work related conference for 4 days. I also live in Toronto –so this is a perspective as local Toronto resident. As conference delegates we got free WiFi. I have stayed at various Hilton in Canada and other countries for less and had better. For $189.00 a night plus tax, a person would think the room has a small refrigerator and a bathtub. No tub to soak in. For me a small refrigerator is a basic amenity for travellers. But it had neither. When I asked why the room did not even have a small refrigerator I was informed, “it was only available in the executive floor “but they could bring a small refrigerator in if I wanted one.” I declined the offer as I had too many things to sort out for conference. And I was not even going to ask about the bathtub. For the management of Hilton – please be aware many guests will need a refrigerator to store medication, juice, wine, chocolates, baby food, etc. To expect guest to pay for any cold beverage is ultra cheap and tacky as there is no refrigerator. How about a bottle of free water-it will not cost the Hilton much nor deplete the profit margin. Also throughout the 4 days of the conference, it was chilly in the conference rooms and a huge a difference of at least 5 to 10 degrees F in different areas. This was brought up to the hotel mgn. with little impact. The serving staff was great, friendly and courteous. The food was alright-nothing to scream about but the prices was exorbitant. For guest - walk out to Queen St and take your pick of restaurants for diverse good food options and reasonable prices. Would I stay there at this Hilton in future? It is a clear “No” as there are other hotels in the neighbourhood with better value for money.

I'm disappointed to hear that you encountered some challenges with your overall experience and apologize that the comfort of your stay was disrupted due to the absence of basic amenities. We do offer refrigerators in our standard rooms upon request and most of our rooms have bathtubs ..in fact, only a few floors offer a stand up shower. We could have certainly changed your room to one with a bathtub, had you informed us of your preference.

I expected a pretty boring stay when arriving here. Why did I book in the first place, you might ask. Well, I didn't, a business associate wanted to have a meeting and suggested this place, so I say OK. Wouldn't come back, nothing special here.

We stayed at the Hilton Toronto for one night to attend a hockey game at the ACC. Located in a prime location for exploring many of Toronto's tourist sights this hotel was a good choice. Our room was one with a king sized bed and it was furnished very nicely. A very clean Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff we certainly enjoyed our one night stay. I would not hesitate to use it again in future.

This is a great hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and we didn't feel cramped at all. The only thing missing was a small fridge & free wi fi in our room. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice comfortable rooms. Cleanliness ok except for some weird substance splattered on one of the walls, which despite being obvious, was not wiped off. Housekeepers very friendly and helpful, unlike the front desk, concierge and hotel staff. Good service seemed reserved to those who were well dressed and appeared well off, which I think is highly inappropriate.
