You can stay at any Park Hyatt in any location and receive the same amazing service! Service is what sets brands apart and they don't miss a beat at Hyatt. This hotel was great! Its location in Yorkville is perfect. You can walk to so many places in the area. Our room was great as well. It was perfect for a family of four.

Room Tip: Book a suite

Stayed here for a few nights for work, I believe I was upgraded to a deluxe room as a GP Diamond, but I can't be sure as it looked like a standard room to me.

Pros: Hotel is very clean and the car service is a nice touch. Location is A+, right in Yorkville and walking distance to the best shopping/restaurants in Toronto. Great business center, and diamond breakfast is served in room or in the restaurant which was fantastic. Best Spa in Toronto, fantastic amenities.

Cons: Internet is the slowest I have ever experienced in any hotel, probably because it is complimentary and everyone is using it. Hotel is definitely dated and does not feel like a Park Hyatt , more like Regency/Grand.

With the Four Seasons/ Ritz being around, Park Hyatt will have to refurb the rooms to keep up to 5* standards. Would stay here again if the rates were lower than the other two.

Room Tip: North Tower, high floor with a view.

Our family stayed at the Park Hyatt mid August. The service and staff were fantastic.

We were in Toronto for a wedding. Before we arrived the concierge desk helped my wife book a nanny (who was brilliant) and throughout our stay they had a number of creative ideas on what to do with an infant. The staff were all very friendly and approachable, and none were in your face trying to provide too much service. Just the right balance.

Would definitely recommend for those travelling with families. Yorkville is a great location and the service makes the price worth it.

We attended a wedding here and spent one night. We booked the cheapest non-refundable night and with parking, it was a $330 bill, this is no budget option. It's located in the ritzy area of Toronto with high-end boutiques around.
The room was pleasant. The king bed was very comfortable. The service has nice touches like flat irons available from the reception, the valet parking guy offering cold bottles of water for our ride back.
The wedding reception was in the beautiful 18th floor room with a great view of Toronto and CN tower. The food prepared by the hotel was delicious.

Just spent two nights at the Park Hyatt,Toronto. Really impressed by the reception we received from the valet parking, concierge and check in staff. We were upgraded to a suite which sounded great until I found it was in the South Tower which is badly in need of renovation. There is a North Tower which is more modern and with larger windows probably much lighter. Our suite was quite dark with small windows so the view was restricted. The huge bathroom was also dark and the bath mat badly worn.No ice machine available and no tea/coffee making facilities.I've found this in other 5* establishments who reckon room service is better. Its also very expnsive with 15%service, 13% tax and plus $5.00 added ever time they deliver anything. The food and presentation was excellent and overall the staff are terrific but with no pool and poor rooms its overpriced, even if it is in a great location.Wish I could give it 5* for the staff but I cant.

Room Tip: Go for the north tower.
