Stayed here for a weekend getaway to Toronto. Got a nice upgrade to an executive suite, which had a little sitting area. As other people have mentioned, the room was a little dark, and they could have used a few more lights to brighten it up. The room was oddly shaped but nicely sized. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a decent size for a downtown hotel. The staff was friendly. The lobby is nice. The location is good as it's just blocks from the subway, street cars, theatres, St. Lawrence Market, and more. There are several bars and restaurants across the street which got a bit noisy Friday and Saturday nights, but we couldn't hear any of the noise on the 8th floor. This isn't in the heart of the city, but it's a 5-minute walk to it all. I would stay here again.
