Everything was very good, except for personal issues would have liked to have stayed longer but got feel for place and would recommend to others. The location is close to everything from waterfront to theatres to fine dining and all are within walking distance. The room itself was very clean and neat bit never tried the bed so can't judge on that.

I have been to quite a few hotels it Toronto, however the King Ed is the best of all worlds! The staff are nothing less than spectacular, they accommodate practically anything you could request with a smile.
The room we were in was a bit dated, but did have a charm to it, however there are modern rooms as well! There is lots of space, space is good.
The shoe shine and breakfast delivers that extra awesomeness to the room!
Like!

A very elegant hotel that evokes a feeling of class and elegance. Ideally located, it is with easy walking distance of many points of interest. A hotel worthy of your stay! Enjoy a stunning high tea in the Victoria room or in the lobby. The bar is both friendly and stylish. It is wonderful to see a vintage hotel hold its own with other hotels in Toronto. I love the nostalgic feel.

Beautiful hotel. My room was newly renovated and very lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size. It was very quiet and the heating system was very accurate liked the fact that there was not a fan running all night which I have experienced in many hotels. Servers were extremly friendly and happy.

A terrible experience that is well below the Onmi standard. Stained furniture, room smelled of moisture, heat system was extremely loud and cycled off and on every 30 mins. all night. Worst night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Front desk staff were very apologetic, but unable to do anything about it. Service Manager sent me an email later in the day with nothing but excuses.

I would recommend to colleagues on business and friends for romantic getaways. Staff is friendly and the fitness centre is above average of most hotels. I highly recommend going to St. Lawrence Market, a short walk away, for breakfast.

I had read a number of complimentary reviews but did notice that there were some negative reviews regarding unrenovated rooms so I made certain that I asked for a renovated room and it was exceptional.
