Stayed here in January 2013- while the weather was cold, the staff were warm and friendly. Room was well appointed, appreciated the Aveda bathroom amenities. My stepdaughter and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. During the weekend, the pool was crowded with kids, but otherlwise, great. I also used the fitness room several times and was impressed- probably one of the best fitness rooms in a hotel I've ever seen. There were trainers employed there actively working with clients. This was inspirational during the morning workouts. Don't know that I'd want to stay during a Bluejays game- possibly too much craziness with the crowds. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.
