Very interesting section of Toronto to encounter Art and Artists. Many interesting shops for browsing and enjoying. Wonderful street cafes to spend time in and enjoy.

Nowhere near as cool as everyone says the shops are mediocre at best especially in the part that is closer to yonge street. You have to go quite far west to experience the coolness everyone talks about. Mostly it doesn't have any stores that you can't find in the mall and the people that 'hang out' there aren't who you want to be around when shopping.

If you want a great walk in Toronto, try Queen St. From the Beach to the far west end! You couldn't do it in a week but you would see Toronto the best way possible.

If your in Toronto you will pass by some time plenty of shops and restaurants. Like King street you will just have to look and see for yourself.
