The price is a little on the expensive side, but its one of those need to do things.
You pay you entrance fee, you go through security checks like being back at the airport. Then you get an electronic box & head phones for your automated tour. At certain points you are given information & history pointers through this.
The lifts have partial glass floor it's an experience, the glass floor section up the tower are amazing, you can stand on it & look at the views of the streets below.
There are several food outlet areas in the tower, I never used them so can't comment on them.
If you have the nerve & the money you can do a suspended walk around the outside of the top of the tower, great to watch on the screens inside but not for meMore
