Bike, Skate or Walk - strolling along the boardwalk at harbourfront always feels so good.
Fresh air in the heart of the city feels refreshing!

Food, Stage performances, Sunshine, Waterfront, Fresh air everything is perfect here. There is a boat rental at harbourfront center.

“Cottage life at Harbourfront Centre”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2013

I hadn't been to Harbourfront Centre for a while and was thrilled to see that people can rent paddleboats and canoe to "explore" the small pond facing the lake ($5/15 min. paddleboat, and $4/15 min. canoe). Many families never had a chance to try this in such a secure environment. For young adventurers, I noticed small individual paddleboats (suitable for 70 pounds and lighter) which could be the highlight of a school-age kid. Add to this the Muskoka chairs overlooking the action on the west side and a wonderful lake view from the several patios (glass of wine anyone?) and I thought it started to look like cottage life... minus the mortgage.

Boat watching along the promenade and a stop at PawsWay across the white pedestrian bridge will add to the family fun.

Not too long a walk, fun sights, few good restaurants for choice, and a great discovery - Cats & Dogs Museum!

“The World In One Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2013

Harbourfront Centre always has lots going on. Every weekend is a festival in the summer... music, dance, film, food and more and best of all..... FREE!!!! Most events are free and to spend a sunny day by the waterfront is heaven.. They have just opened a new 300+ underground parking garage. Have you seen the new MuvBox food boxes Lobster Rolls, Gourmet Hot Dogs and more... and a new cafe will open shortly in Ontario Square.

“On the lake front”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

On a nice hot day, a visit to Harbourfront takes in well. Lots of shops, restaurants and event going on. Take in a free concert or take a boat ride on the lake
