Owner description: The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is among the world’s leading museums of natural history and world cultures. In combining a universal museum of cultures with that of natural history, the ROM offers an unusual breadth of experience to our audiences from around the world. We realize more acutely now that nature and humanity are intertwined, and the ROM offers many examples in its collections and programs of these fundamental relationships.

“Edutainment at its best”

I love the variety of the displays there. One of the best diosaur displays ever. The arcitecture is interesting but not my favourite but the quality of the exhibits far more than compensates for that. Location is perfect for easy accessibility.

“Night out at the ROM is a must do!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2013

I went to the ROM with a few friends for a night out at the ROM. They were serving drinks, DJ was playing and there were local gourmet vendors serving excellent food. This was a very unique experience as you could walk around the Museum with a few drinks and as the night went on the party caught momentum and everyone then hit the dance floor as the music was excellent

We had a great night and will definitely be back for this!

“Plan for a day, a fabulous museum.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2013

The ROM as it is called in Toronto is a magnificent rambling building that you can wander about for at least a day. They usually have amazing special exhibits, the most recent being the Genesis photo exhibit, which was showing simultaneously in London England.
Costumes, armour, rocks, dinosaurs, you name it is there. It really is fun.
Drawback? No food, so you have to leave to eat, but then your ticket gets you back in.
