Owner description: The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is among the world’s leading museums of natural history and world cultures. In combining a universal museum of cultures with that of natural history, the ROM offers an unusual breadth of experience to our audiences from around the world. We realize more acutely now that nature and humanity are intertwined, and the ROM offers many examples in its collections and programs of these fundamental relationships.

“Not a fan of the new design”

The content of the museum was good; just did not like the most recent addition from the exterior.

“Very interesting!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2012

I accompanied my son's grade 6 class on a field trip to the ROM. It was fabulous and the students really enjoyed the exhibits. The boys particularly liked the dinosaur display. The ROM was educational and fun at the same time and kept the students' interest. We wish we could have more time to explore since it is huge and there is a lot to see. I would highly recommend the ROM to school aged children.

“My 4 Year Old LOVED IT!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2012

Just visited recently with my 4 year old son who wanted to see the "dinosaur bones!" He had a great time and enjoyed digging for bones in the interactive section. I thought he would like the "Water" exhibit but not so much, too advanced for him with the exception of a few interactive parts and animal exhibits he liked. Can't wait to take my other son when he's old enough, only 18 months now but I plan to take them both often.
