“Friendly place, good beer, fun tour”
Reviewed June 21, 2011

The Steam Whistle Brewery tour was a surprise fun stop while in Toronto! The building itself has a ton of history and how the brewery got its start was all told to me by an upbeat, freindly tour guide. You get samples of their one and only beer, a delicious pilsner, both before and after the approximately 20 minute tour as well as you choice of souvenir for the most basic tour level. I got a nice glass but an opener was also available. If you purchase a higher level tour, you get the same experience but you can choose different souvenirs including a case of beer or t-shirt. It's not an all day thing too, which was nice. I had a good time.

“Well worth a visit!”
Reviewed June 2, 2011

Nestled in the busy downtown area and beneath the CN Tower is this great, value for money experience.

The guided tour is both informative and humerous, free samples add to the interactive session and at just $10 each plus free glass it's well worth it :o)

“Brilliant, short and sweet tour.”
Reviewed May 22, 2011

This is a fantastic micro brewery in the heart of Toronto. All their processes are pretty green (except shipping bottles from Peru!)

The tour guides are great and the tour isw very professional, short and sweet. Loads of samples. Think I had about 2 pints by the end of the tour. Paid $15 for tour and 6 bottles. They are heavy!!!

“Great Tour”
Reviewed May 9, 2011

We decided to check out this tour to pass some time...we were there for the first tour of the day so we had the guide all to ourselves...unfortunatley they had finished their production for the day so we didn't get to see any of the machines "in action" but it was still fun. Everyone that worked there was outgoing and friendly, very informative and seemed to love what they do! We got very nice souvenier glasses at the end and 4 pack of tall boys....we will be back again sometime just for the fun atmosphere!

“Fantastic brewery tour”
Reviewed April 10, 2011

Really impressed with the brewery and tour. We paid $10 each and received a 45 minute tour, free tasting and a steam whistle pint glass as a souvenir. There were only 2 of us and we ended up being the only people on our tour. Alex was a great guide and gave us lots of information whilst keeping us entertained. I would definitely recommend steam whistle brewery, particularly on a rainy afternoon.
