If you are a soccer fan, The Dizzy is a great place to watch a game, have some drinks and grab a bite to eat on Roncesvalles. If you are strolling along Roncesvalles and want to catch a soccer match, this is the place to visit. Nice selection of beers, regular coverage of Premiership and other games, and the food is actually pretty good too. Much smaller and more cozy than your regular sports bars or pubs. It has a more of a restaurant feel to it, so your friends who are not into sports will enjoy it too.

The Dizzy is one of those places I keep ending up at even though it's really not my favourite place. It's OK - prices are reasonable and the beer is flowing. But seating is limited and the so-called "gastro-pub" fare is really just a slight step up from regular pub grub. It's a good place to go to for a game, but it gets really loud so if you are there for any other reason, it's best avoided. It's close and familiar and open later than a lot of restaurants on Roncesvalles so I seem to keep finding myself back at the Dizzy. Overall: Good, not great.

The food is good, but the vibe of the place is loud and obnoxious.

Patio filled with smoke in summer.

We had the blackened spice chicken wings, and they were incredible. So juicy!
Great selection of beer on tap, and the nachos are good too!
