The Grille was, to be quite frank, a disappointment. I had heard such positive things from people, that I was expecting a better product. The one positive was the excellent and friendly service (except for one error with the bill) from the waitress. She was prompt and willing to give refills with no hesitation. Now to the unfortunate part, the rest. The Greek salad had many pieces of brown lettuce. The chicken wings and the ribs were decent, but the fries were rough. They were reminiscent of fries cooked in oil that has not been changed in quite some time. Both of friend's pasta's were just "okay". The pasta seemed overcooked and not the strongest of sauces were on the pastas. Everything was passable, but not worth a second look. At one point, the smell of fish overtook the table, it was so strong, it just should not happen. The prices were not exactly cheap either, I mean it seems that it should be a higher quality of food for the prices. But maybe that has to do with the fact that there is food available 24 hours a day. I feel that The Grille could easily be a four, but the attention must be paid to the details. To make the jump an ordinary, to a solid experience The Grille will have to do an overhaul of their service practices.
