“Amazing food, amazing staff, bravo!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2014

If you are passing thru Toronto's west district, and if you have a moment, please go and try this place. Food is just out of this planet, out of this world. Manu that originates from Balkan in Europe, and nicely infused for Canadian taste is something that it is worth trying. Once you try their "cevapi" or "sznitzel filled with cheese" , you will find it just one of the best meals you had ever have. Staff is super friendly, general manager always there to ask you how did you enjoy your meal. Lady in charge, always with smile, always there to suggest you something from amazing menu. Salads are fresh, and meats....... oh..amazing selection,. You better be hungry because the choice that this place offers is more then amazing. Bravo for them. Any time I am in Toronto, that is my first place to go.

“not worth all the hype”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2014

had dinner here with a friend ordered the shish kebob on a bun. The bun is used for burgers and everything else and I hated it. It was thin, a slit broke in the top during grilling and every time I bit into the tough meat, all the fixings would ooze out the top onto my mustache and beard . Was quite disappointed. They are expanding soon. they better pay attention or they are building a lot of empty lol!

“Over priced, Nothing Special”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2013

I bought a burger (with NO sides) and a bottle of orange juice and it cost me $13.00.

The burger patty size was equivalent to a junior whopper at burger king after it was cooked. Although the restaurant was empty when I got there, it took them nearly 20 minutes to prepare my overcooked burger. The only good thing is this special cheese spread that they have for the burger which hides the imperfections in the burger.

The burger was very plain and the nothing to brag about. They only thing I remember is leaving the restaurant hungry and my pocket feeling a bit emptier.

I will not eat here as the value is poor, the service is slow, the restaurant is located in an industrial area.

“Yummy platter for lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2013

We ordered meat platter #1 to share between 4 adults and the world's pickiest 5 year old. We cleared the plates! The beef burger patties are amazing and onion ring batter was well seasoned. The bread is made in-house and very light. The roasted red pepper with feta spread went well with all meats.

Our picky eater ate a sandwich made from the homemade bread and grilled chicken from the platter. He declared it to be the best thing he has ever eaten!

The downside is the crazy amount of diced raw onions they have on the platter... Why is this necessary? And I wish their ventilation system was a little stronger because I left smelling of smoked meat.

The service is great and all people dining were very happy about their choices. Next time I will order the royal burger.

“Feel Like Having Fresh Burgers”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2013

I've heard of that restaurant because of its burgers. They also have many other things on their menu but twice I've had their meat burgers.

First of all when you are ready to place your order you select either 1/2 lbs or the 1 lbs burger. After you've placed your order they give you some kind of round pager to let you know when your burger is ready. When your burger is ready you select what condiments you want in it. A system similar to Subway, Harvey's, etc.

The French fries and the burger were very good. Also tasty and interesting hamburger bread! I usually eat a lot and the 1/2 pound burger was enough for me with the fries.

If you are tired of the big chain burgers and you are in that area of Etobicoke (Near Queensway / Kipling, IKEA) you should give it a try.
