Came here to see what all the hype was about, but found out the food was good, portion size below average and prices pretty high. If you have to be seen with the "in crowd" go for it. Otherwise shop around for better food at way better prices!

The One restaurant is hands down one of the best restaurants to eat. I had an amazing time, the food was tastey and the service was excellent. When we arrived at the Hazelton we were greeted by the manager on duty Ray who went out of his way to escort us to One . Our server Megan was very knowledgeable about the menu and the manager went out of his way to make our experience extra special by checking on us to make sure our order was to our liking. An overall great experience!

It is not possible to offer skimpy size food. The waiter told us that the octopus dish is 2 pieces of octopus and the garnishes. Well it was one piece and the plate was just decorated... food enough to feed a 4 years old, size wise. I asked for some bread and been told there is no bread service only focaccia ... which was part of appetizers. Then we got the overdone burger, we asked for medium, with fries that were not crispy but mushy, terrible for any restaurant, more so for ONE. I get better fries at home and I do not have a professional gas stove. The service was to push or clear the table before we finished eating 1st course and to get next course. All this in a place were there are more waiters than people in the restaurant. Seems to me Mr. McEwan made enough and he does not care about the brand. Too bad for the location that is wasted

Came here for a friends birthday. I’ve been here several times but this experience was so awful that my friends, my husband and I will NOT be returning.

The bad:
-Ordered bottles of wine which took 30 mins to arrive at the table;
-Once appetizers and mains were ordered, they came together....35 mins after ordering. We decided to cancel the apps because what’s the point of an appetizer if entrees came. We were clearly irritated by it and the server didn’t even apologize.
-She also came by after our entrees and dumped the wine list on the table and walked away; sorry but that doesn’t entice anyone to spend a dime more
- server was not hospitable whatsoever and did not look like she wanted to be there

The good:
- food was delicious - those donuts are to die for
- patio is gorgeous in the summer (primary reason for returning time and time again)
-there was a blonde server who came by our table at one point and she was wonderful.

Overall, staff needs to work on customer service, luckily the food and the company still made our night a fun one. The price doesn’t justify the terrible service.

The food there is fantastic, and they have a very diverse menu, from Italian, all the way to Arabic, the variety is definitely there. And not to mention is't consistently good.
