Pat and Mario's roadside sign says it is the best restaurant in Sudbury. It is certainly one of the most popular. At 7:45 on a Saturday evening it was packed with patrons. It was loud and crowded and buzzing with French and English-speaking patrons along with giant television screens projecting the latest hockey game. The wait staff friendly, but the service was not fast, in part due to the large number of patrons. While the food was good, it was quite overpriced. Even the simplest burger on the menu is $12 and everything goes up from there. Salads start at $14. I would not go back on my next visit to Sudbury.
