Baklava, home made bread is very good and they sometimes have meat pies and gourmet cakes.

Downtown Sudbury has many nice places to eat, but the Bou is the place to go for a good lunch, quick service (you order at the counter), very creative food, and Bob's baking is just super. We go for the home-made soups, a different selection every time and always a vegetarian and vegan option. He uses really interesting seasonings to transform the ordinary into something special - try the Tomato Valpolicella if you can, or the African Mbata. As well the Bou boxes with pita and dips are great for families with kids. The selection of coffees and teas is good too. And there's always a choice of sandwiches in Bob's home-baked breads, and leave room for desserts, the apple blossoms heated up are good or try the pastries.

Completely unplanned and unexpected find while driving through Sudbury. Was hoping for good coffee and a croissant; Ended up getting much more and having a complete meal to remember. Unpretencious feel, the place is small but well organized.

Soups - real vegetable flavour.
Sandwiches - savoury and again exploding with flavour. Especially the loaf with dijon mustard! ..
Coffee and cookies - great .. and we know our coffee.

Left completely satisfied and enchanted, almost. Reminiscent of some of our experiences in Paris.
