“From Science a North to the end and back 4km”
Reviewed March 20, 2014

About 4km of pathway to jog, walk the dog, or stroll hand in hand. It's well maintained and beautiful. Lists of short little hills- a good variety for a run!

At Bell Park, one can walk, enjoy the sight of gorgeous flower beds arrangements and a choice of walks through the park and beautiful views of Lake Ramsey, a belvedere and an outdoor theatre plus the boardwalk that hugs the lakeshore up to Science North

“Great”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

If you come to Sudbury during the summer, you MUST come by the boardwalk.
There is a romantic little gazebo along the way, also benches if you want to stop and rest.
I come here every Sunday before church in the summer and it is just wonderful.
If you are lucky, you may see some wildlife, not dangerous wildlife (Even though there is some raccoons down by Laurentian) just chipmunks, birds, and other humans.
Also some information about SciNorth ( The nickname we Sudbarians call Science North) there as well.
You may also have the chance to ride around Ramsey Lake in the Cortina as well.
Skating is permitted on the lake at winter, and in summer you can go boating.
The walkway allows jogging, walking, biking, and I am unsure about rollerskating..
Enjoy!
Its also nice to come when they have festivals and things.

“On the boardwalk!”
Reviewed February 21, 2014

The boardwalk is a great spot to enjoy the view of Ramsey Lakeland take an evening stroll or jog, bike. You can stop at science north, check out the flowers at the park or maybe a concert or music at the outside auditorium. If you cross the highway at science north you can continue your walk but through the marsch. Always some great fauna to see. They keep the boardwalk in great condition.
