We stayed here because our normal B&B in Stratford was booked. I was dubious of any Best Western, having stayed in a few that were pretty mediocre places. I was wrong in this case. This is a very nice, very clean, very friendly place. The restaurant (we had breakfast) was also surprisingly good. A very good hotel. And a stone's throw from the Avon theater, if that matters to you.

I can't believe I've visited Stratford all these years and never thought to stay here before. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, with a mini kitchen area with a mini fridge and a microwave and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom ( though only one of them had a tub). The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets, and free wireless Internet is always a plus. Best thing is that it is a very short walk to the main street of Stratford and the Avon and Tom Patterson Theatres, and not a terrible walk to the Festival theatre either. Some rooms might have an issue with noise as they are on the street, but all in all, this is definitely the place to stay in Stratford!

the offsite accommodation, "The Flat", needed a good vacuum. There was dust/dirt on the floor and baseboards, and, behind night stands. Also, the TV wasn't working. It would be great if complimentary tea/coffee was available in the room. The location was quiet and excellent for easy access to the downtown shopping area and theatres. The staff at check-in at the main hotel location were very helpful, courteous and efficient.

A hotel that has been updated. Centrally located in Stratford, the Parlour was our choice. Our son was married July 22 and we wanted a room with enough space to entertain and to accommodate 4 persons.
The suite met our needs and expectations. The reception and cleaning staff responded to our requests.
We booked Sunday brunch and the meal was excellent. Our only disappointment was the having the wash basin outside of the washroom.

I must admit to some apprehension upon seeing this was a Best Western, given a disasterous stay at a different BW property a few years ago. However, we decided to give this place a try due to the many positive TripAdvisor reviews. And thanks to those reviewers, we enjoyed our best stay ever in Stratford. The staff was very friendly throughout our visit. Our room, while small compared to a typical hotel room, was adequate for the two of us, although my significant other felt that the bathroom was a bit cramped for counter space. Not having feathered pillows was deeply appreciated by the allergy sufferer in the family, as it allowed for a headache-free sleep! Room was nice and clean, with a newer TV (and far more channels available than one normally sees) and a Keurig coffee/tea maker. Attached restaurant serves great food. Only drawback was with the location of our room (202), at it overlooks the outdoor patio for The Parlour restaurant. People like to congregate there and have a few drinks while sharing a good time; unfortunately, you can hear the more boisterous outbursts from the patio in this room, which is a distraction when trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. The bar evidently closes at 10, so we weren't terribly inconvenienced, but an extra pane of glass in the windows would help to cut down on the noise. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, with only a one block walk to the Avon and two to the Annex, with the downtown restaurants also close by. We will definitely stay here in the future!

We will stay here exclusively. Only 28 rooms so book early. Loads of antique charm but rooms have jetted tubs big enough for two, Keurigs coffeemakers, flat screens, AND they are impeccably clean! The staff are happy and friendly. They can't do enough for you when asked. The food is amazing. Prime rib perfect. Pavlova! When have you seen that on a dessert menu? We walked to both Avon and Festival theater as the location is perfect. Wifi too! Pinch me please. Was this a dream?

Room Tip: Book early.

Last week I stayed at the Parlour Inn and Suites with my sister and mom. It was the cleanest most modern hotel I have stayed in in Stratford. I have been coming annually to stratford for the festival for the last 16 years. The location is great - as you are in town and super close to the Avon theatre. The Parlour downstairs is great for breakfast. The food was great the wait staff were amazing and prices were decent. Although the hotel is a bit pricey it was worth the money. Best place I have stayed in in Stratford!!!
