My family stopped at Wildfire on our way to Buffalo Airport to catch a flight. As higher end food is hard to find in the St Kitts/Niagara Falls area we were looking hard to find something that wasn't fast food or a bar (we were with our kids). We came upon Wildfire and it appeared to look pretty good (menu, selection, etc). Unfortunately, it did not live up to the "hype". It was a Wednesday night in November and we could NOT believe how busy it was! We figured it must be good to be so busy. We were wrong. It was mediocre at best. Other than steak and a lot of heavy meat dishes or pastas in creamy or rich sauces, there was not a lot of choice. The kids menu was the tired old "pizza, hamburger, or chicken nuggets" garbage that we detest but the main menu didn't offer anything they would like either. Very few options for anyone that is looking to eat more healthy. It was very expensive for what you got and the "prix fixe" menu was confusing and limited. But the place was filled that night so I guess people in the area are desperate and just happy to eat anything resembling "fine dining". It has the potential to be a good place but it is too caught up in trying to be "hip" and not spending enough time on its menu offerings. I will say the service was quite good but try and stay away from the back tables near the kitchen door. They sat us there and it was very noisy and distracting.
