We've ordered take-out from here a couple times and have enjoyed ourselves both times. The flavours are wonderful and the portions are reasonably6e. The curry dishes are a good bet. Go here for great Thai but be prepared to spend more as it can be pricey.

Date was July 5th 2014 We went to the nearby Outlet mall to shop and decided to stop at the Spicy Thai to have dinner since the person I was with knew the owner. We almost missed it driving by because it is small looking on the outside. Once inside I noticed the little hut style room on the right, found out later its called the tea room. Looked somewhat private and fun to sit in so that's where we had our dinner. Had to take our shoes off which is different but might as well enjoy he experience. The waitress was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. We ordered the Pineapple rice, Beef Pad Thai and the Lemon Chicken dish. While we waited for our order they gave us some chip things with a peanut sause. It was good for a appetizer. Our food was brought out to us within 20-25mins and smelled great. The Lemon Chicken was amazing, crispy on the outside but nice, tender and juicy on the inside. The added lemon sause took it beyond amazing. The Beef Pad Thai wasn't spicy which is fine with me. Not into too much spices. Its tased really good and the beef slices were really tender. The pineapple rice was also very good and had all the right mixture of spices and ingredients to make it taste great. After all the food was gone we were both full but could go for another Lemon Chicken order. Total for both of us was just over $40.00, which is pretty good for two people. Then the owner Alan came over to say hello and ask how the food was. We would totally come back here again when I'm in the St, Catherines area. Very nice place Alan, St. Catherines is lucky to have your restaurant there. Any chance of you opening one in Toronto???

We were there for the Wednesday night special, 3 courses for $14.95. Had 4 spring rolls as appy, vegetarian pad thai, too much to eat, then black rice pudding. Really good food and wait staff was very good.

Food was quite tasty but we arrived on a Friday evening around 7:20pm when all tables were full (despite having called ahead to try to reserve a table). We waited for a long time in the entrance, and then after being seated and ordering food, our first dish didn't arrive until about 8:20, which was a long wait for the children.
The restaurant is attractively decorated on the inside, though the street it is on and area nearby is a bit odd (it's not a restaurant district).

Went for dinner and found the food was good, the waiter was entertaining and really knew his menu stuff along with all the food ingredients. Had the thai beer which was very good. Unfortunately the kitchen didn't get our order because of a communications screw up so after a long wait the waiter came and apologized for the delay and levelled with us....I appreciated him being honest. Ambiance a bit tired here but the menu was good and we will probably return for another dinner here.......unfortunately
