We stayed one night at the end of May, 2011.
We did have a little trouble actually finding the place despite good driving directions and a fistful of printed maps from Google, since the hotel was apparently just in the middle of changing its corporate affiliation from Holiday Inn to Best Western, and there was no signage visible.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, facing away from the Queen Elizabeth Way (the hotel sits right next to this expressway). The bathroom had lots of fresh towels and good lighting, although there was only one little square bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo provided. These were more than adequate for our overnight stay, and perhaps it's better that hotels not give out extra soap, lotion, and so on unasked, since all this stuff either just goes home with guests or goes straight into the landfill.
The bed was comfortable, and the linen was crisp and clean.
The hotel is situated beside a Costco, so I suppose if you were there during business hours and wanted a snack for the room you could buy a sofa-cushion-sized bag of chips and a gallon of soft drink. When we arrived, however, the stores were closed and so the traffic in and out of the parking area on the access road (which is shared) was neglible. The immediate area, which is a sort of industrial and commercial park, contains several restaurants including Kelsey's and Montana's.
We usually eat breakfast at the hotel when we travel, and if there is a buffet we'll go for that as the simplest option and often the best value. The buffet is nothing to write home about here: three choices of dried cereal in gravity-feed dispensers; chilly scrambled eggs; fried potatoes; sausage. White bread for the toaster. Coffee, orange juice. Any diner or truck stop could do this breakfast (should do this breakfast!) for about half the price, and it would be hot when you got it.
All in all, an adequate and comfortable stay.
