Service is inconsistent. Sometimes quite good. On one occasion barista gave me a different size then argued with me, telling me what I had ordered. Unique food items but their muffins are wrapped in plastic. This may be convenient (for them) but it's obvious that they are wrapped when the muffins are still warm because the muffins are overly moist if not slightly soggy from the trapped heat. The muffins are stored in a glass display anyway. Have they not heard of little white bags? It tries hard to craft a bohemian vibe but it's on the busiest street/highway in the city. The problem with most shops in Sault Ste. Marie is that they either feel half empty, like the party ended two hours ago or they're so packed with people that are too loud. This place rates slightly better on this front, usually has some people hanging out and usually they are not too loud.
