    Excellent customer service

    We recently rented a hospitality room here.
    We had a celebration of our mother's life rather than a funeral.
    The staff was very accommodating , friendly and helpful.
    They did their utmost to meet our requests and needs, even when the appropriate staff was not available. Due to circumstances we needed to book the hospitality room on the weekend. The person in charge of this was only works Monday to Friday.
    Rod, who is in charge of banquets took over and made all the arrangements for us.
    Our event went very well, thanks to the excellent staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.

    Friendly and efficient service.

    We had a celebration of our mothers life in the hospitality room. Everything was set up beautifully for us and the staff were very helpful bringing us water and anything we needed. They were very accommodating and we were quite pleased with the service.

    Amazing !!!!! The Only place to stay in Soo

    This is the 2nd time I have stayed here within the past year. Everything about this place is top notch...Service, cleanliness, staff, location....you cant go wrong. Great place to stay for any occasion

    Will be going back to Soo this summer and will stay here again.

    WOW!

    We came upon this property quite by accident due to an unexpected overnight stay in SSM. It looked like the doors had just opened for the first time! The lobby is welcoming and well-appointed and our room/suite was excellent. The room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Our service in the hotel and attached restaurant was first-rate!

    The best things in life are often surprises and come about by accident. How fortunate are we that you came across our hotel during your unexpected stay in Sault Ste. Marie. Indeed the entire facility was renovated completely just over a year ago and we've made some wonderful improvements. The size of the suites make comfort almost easy. We are thrilled that you had time to enjoy Quattro Chophouse + Bar during your stay. We hope many more planned and even unplanned trips back to Sault Ste. Marie and Comfort Suites.

    True "comfort"

    Awesome place. I just can't say anything negative. Great rooms. Excellent service. Super restaurant with amazing food on site. Service? Second to none. Employees and management go over and above to ensure all is perfect Highly recommended.
